Small Group Basketball Training

(K–2nd Grade Beginners)

Help your young athlete build a strong basketball foundation! This small-group class focuses on developing essential beginner skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Small Group Basketball Training

(2nd–4th Grade Kids with Basic Basketball Skills)

This class helps young players build stronger basketball fundamentals while improving overall confidence and game skills.

Intermediate Youth Basketball Training

(Players With Basic Skills Ready to Advance)

The intermediate level is designed for players who already understand basic basketball skills and are ready to elevate their abilities. These athletes can dribble, pass, and shoot with consistency and are now developing greater speed, confidence, and game awareness.

  • Stronger ball handling with both hands
  • More accurate and consistent shooting
  • Improved footwork and balance
  • Better passing, spacing, and off-ball movement
  • Basic defensive principles
  • Understanding game concepts and teamwork

Elite Player Training (EPT) program

Small group intermediate skill training (Sat: 10:00-12:00, 5th-7th grade)

 This is a  higher-level, advanced development program designed for young athletes who already have strong basketball fundamentals and are ready to take their skills to a competitive level.  We have 3 grade groups for EPT program: They are 5/6th, 7/8th and 9/10th grade

 

Our Elite Youth Training  Includes

1. Advanced Skill Development

  • High-level ball handling (combo moves, change of speed, change of directions)
  • Advanced finishing (floaters, euro steps, reverses, contact finishes)
  • Shooting off the dribble & off screens
  • Footwork and spacing mastery
     

2. Game IQ / Basketball Intelligence

  • Reading defenses 
  • Understanding offensive concepts (spacing, timing, cutting, screening
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Situational play (late-game reads, fast-break decisions)
     

3. Athletic & Physical Development

  • Speed & agility training
  • Strength & stability training (age-appropriate)
  • Conditioning for endurance and explosiveness
     

4. Competition-Focused Training

  • 1v1 / 2v2 / 3v3 competitive drills
  • Full-court situations
  • Learning how to play through contact and pressure
  • Developing leadership and communication skills
